It can increase life and durability of concrete by reducing the permeability and water absorption as well. Due to executive problems of using micro-silica powder and the need of using superplasticizer in concrete which contains micro-silica, this product is a suitable solution for manufacturing these types of concrete. The amorphous silica in this product reacts with the free lime from hydration of the cement and produces calcium silicate with a denser and insoluble crystalline form which can reduces permeability of concrete and increases its compressive strength because of this compression.
